Abbey is a recent graduate from Niagara University, located in Lewiston, New York. She has recently received a B.F.A. in Theatre Performance and a B.A. in Communications and Media Studies, along with a minor in Film. She hopes to pursue a career in the world of marketing, social media, influencing and videography. She is passionate about creating content on a professional level as well as for enjoyment.
Abbey finds film and behind the scenes work vastly interesting, in addition to being on camera. She successfully completed a film internship last semester at Niagara University with Brian Rock, a local videographer. Under Brian’s guidance, she participated in videoing and editing material for various events on the NU campus. Abbey holds two years of professional camera work experience, while simultaneously being a full time student at Niagara University.
On a personal level, she enjoys doing yoga and being in nature. Generally, she is happiest outdoors. Abbey believes travel and experiencing different places around the world has made her who she is today. One of her most notable travels was in the summer of 2023 where she studied abroad in London. Experiencing different cultures fostered her love for traveling.
Since she was a child, Abbey’s passion has always been in the theatre. She strives to continue developing a dynamic, creative side. Abbey is a collaborative, extroverted, and frolicsome team player who enjoys learning and growing from her experiences.

Get To Know Abbey
In addition to these experiences, Abbey takes pride in her work on news sets in two of her undergraduate classes. She enthusiastically engages in a very fast paced work environment. Currently, Abbey is working as a radio production intern at WBFO, a National Public
Radio (NPR) station in Buffalo, New York. Simultaneously, Abbey also helped out and ran the Niagara University Theatre social media accounts. This has allowed vast experiences
in creating posts as well as sharpening editing skills.
Abbey has had the opportunity to enhance and refine personable socialization skills while
working at multiple Country Clubs across New York State. Duties included but were not
limited to; assisting with marketing aspects, ensuring a positive and comfortable guest
experience, and organizing and maintaining a professional schedule.
